What to do when there’s nothing to do right now.
There will come a time in a writer’s life when they have no editing to do, no writing to make a deadline to do and no advertising that needs doing because the ‘ball is in the publisher’s court’. So what do you do when you’re in limbo?
Well, you could write/edit another story. You could work on advertising merchandise, bookmarks, business cards, web sites, and so on, but there’s only so much that can be done if you’re awaiting approval for various aspects of your story/book. Well, I suppose I could work on some bookmarks based on a cover that got turned down. I’ll see what I can do.
It sure beats sitting around waiting for something to happen. *lol* Because I have no doubt that I’ll be swamped once Kellan Publishing gets caught up with me.
